There has been an issue discovered after the PowerSchool upgrade over fall break.  When printing off standards based report cards, a big blue square will appear at the top of the first report card.  The second page of that report card and the remaining report cards seem to be unaffected.  The report card vendor has been contacted and will be working on a fix for this issue.  In the mean time, you can step through the following steps to manually select and print your report cards.  This can be used for the entire batch you are working on or if you need to go back and just print off on page of a report card.

1) When you have processed your report cards and they are showing up, click once in the upper left corner of your report card(s) that you wish to print.

2) Now, scroll to the bottom of what you want to print.  In this example, I scrolled to the very bottom of my report card run.  When you are there, hold the Shift button on your keyboard while you click in the very bottom right hand corner of the report card.  You can release the shift button after clicking.

3) The previous action will select all of the text/data/pictures that you want printed.  Now, right-click on any of the highlight text and select "Print".  This will take you into your print screen and you will see that there is no longer any blue box with text appearing on your print outs.

Again, this is just temporary and we are working with the vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as we can.  If you have any other issues or questions, please click on the following link to submit a 360.
