Checking assets out and in on IIQ

To log in to Incident IQ, please use your Google Single Sign On with your BCSC email address.
To view assets, navigate to Assets - Explore Assets and enter the asset tag of a device you'd like to review. Select the device to view details.
To check assets in and out, go to Assets - Check In/Out and enter the asset tag. Depending on the current asset status, you will be able to check it in or out. If the device is currently checked in, you will see this screen that will let you check it out:
To check out an asset you can either search for the student's name or scan their ID barcode. When you scan the barcode, you may see P0 in front of the student ID (for example, P0621831). In this case, IIQ won't be able to find the user. Please remove P0 from the ID and then IIQ will find the required user (in case of the previous example, 621831)
Click Check Asset Out to User and the asset will be processed.
If the device you are looking up is currently checked out, you'll have an option to check it in:
Click Check Asset In and it will be checked in.
