What if I need help?
There are two ways to get help.
The first way is the chat feature in ParentSquare. This is a way to get a response quickly to some common how-to questions:
Second way for support is to submit a 360. The 360 should be filled out like normal and then assigned to Josh Burnett. Things like getting approval before posting something, user that needs access to more than one building, parent contact in PowerSchool that is not showing up in ParentSquare are all things to submit tickets on.
