  1. Login to Amazon Business ((either use the Google ‘waffle’ / 3x3 grid) or login to https://business.amazon.com/ (or amazon.com will redirect you) using BCSC Google account.)
  2. Find the item(s) you want
  3. Click ‘Add to List’
  4. Click 'Create a List'
    1. Set List Type = “Shopping List”
    2. Name the list “Building - Ordering contact - Ticket# (if applicable)"
      1. ex Admin - Sonny - 123456
    3. Click ‘Create List’
  5. Navigate to the list
  6. Click Settings
  7. Edit Description
    1. Delivery location (if different from Name)
    2. Account#:
    3. ATTN:
  8. Click Share
  9. Set ‘Buy Only’ to Admin Assistant (or purchaser) of location
    1. Or if Emailing separately click “Generate Public Link” to paste into Email
    2. Optional- if collaborating with someone you can also add them into the ‘Edit + Buy’ section so they can see the list.
  10. Click "Share and Notify"

    4. Click ‘Save Changes’
  8. Click Share
  9. Set ‘Buy Only’ to Admin Assistant (or purchaser) of location
    1. Or if Emailing separately click “Generate Public Link” to paste into Email
    2. Optional- if collaborating with someone you can also add them into the ‘Edit + Buy’ section so they can see the list.
