 BCSC Technology has a self service website to help reset and change passwords.

Section 1:    Change your existing password

Notes concerning your network password:

1. The local desktop password will change the next time you login when on the BCSC network

2. Google password may take up to 10 minutes to change

3. Affects the following systems:

   1. Network

   2. Google/G Suite

   3. PowerSchool

   4. itsLearning
      

4. BYOD - if you have a personal device connecting to the BYOD wireless network, you will need to update the password on it
   
   

Section 1:  Changing existing password.

1. Navigate to the https://staffpass.bcsc.k12.in.us/sspr website.

2. Login using your existing network username/password combination.

3. Click on the Change Password tile/block.
   

4. Enter your new password in both fields.

5. Click the Change Password button.

Section 2:  Setup security questions for the ability to reset a forgotten password

1. Navigate to the https://staffpass.bcsc.k12.in.us/sspr website.

2. Login using your existing network username/password combination

3. Click 'Setup Security Questions' tile/block

4. Pick and answer four security questions.

5. Click SAVE ANSWERS when done.

Section 3:    Resetting your password via the security questions

If you have not setup your security questions, you will not be able to use this feature.

1. Navigate to the https://staffpass.bcsc.k12.in.us/sspr website.

2. Click on Forgotten Password

3. Enter Username, hit Search

4. Answer questions.
   

5. Change Password.
