- September 16th is count day
- General tab school of enrollment must be blank or yes
- ME tab, Exclude from ME checkbox must be unchecked
- RT tab, Accountable School text box must be blank

Attendance
- All students must have attendance to be counted on ME
- Continue using 7/29/2022 for students that have never attended when backdating students
- Use the day after (use a school day) a student leaves if they have attended
- Reminder: Please request Records for students entering your schools. Schools will not release students without the request when I have conflict
