When a user attempts/fails to log in more than 10 times, PowerSchool locks that IP address.
To unlock it: From DISTRICT, go to: Start Page > System Administrator > Sign in Attempts Restrictions>View Disabled IP Addresses
Select the locked account and click the delete button on the page. This will unlock the account.
