IncidentIQ Guide: Support Tickets
BCSC’s Ticketing System - IncidentIQ
How to access:
- Under bcsc.k12.in.us bookmarks open IncidentIQ
- In a browser (on your phone or computer) go to https://bcsc.incidentiq.com/
- From the BCSC website go to Resources → For Employees → Web Accessible Links
- In the Google waffle when synced to your BCSC account (not yet)
- Click on the desktop image to go to the site
- From your phone, download the IncidentIQ app
How to login:
- From the website, select BCSC Google SSO

From the app
- Enter in bcsc on the first prompt, click continue, and click BCSC Google SSO

Entering a ticket:
- Click on “+ New Ticket”
- Select what the issue is
- Search for the issue or select the icon of the issue
- Describe your issue in detail, upload pictures (easy from the app!), and select “submit ticket”
Other important notes:
- The person working on the ticket may request a reply. You can reply to the email or through the website.
- You can enter a ticket by emailing it@bcsc.incidentiq.com for technology or facilities@bcsc.incidentiq.com for facilities.
- The more information you can provide regarding your issue, the quicker we can identify the problem and resolve it.
