ScanSnap Update Popups
These pop ups can occur several times a day and without Administrator rights cannot be installed on the PC. This article aims to show how to disable these automatic update checks.
- Open ScanSnap by pressing the start/ windows key and typing 'Scan' then left clicking 'ScanSnap Home
- Left click 'Help' at the top of the screen.
- Hover over 'Online update' and then left click 'Settings'
- Uncheck the boxes for 'Enable automatic online update' and 'Check for available software as well' then click 'Ok'
- Close out of ScanSnap Home.
