Prerequisites & App Installation
Before accepting your invitation, make sure both required apps are installed on your iPad. If they are already on your device, skip directly to Accepting the Invitation.
- Open Self Service on your iPad.
- Search for and install both Gmail and Dexcom Follow.
Accepting the Invitation
- Open the Gmail app on your iPad and locate the invitation email. (Note: Using the Gmail app works better than opening the email in Safari.)
- Scroll down to find the second "Accept in Follow App" button.
Important: Make sure to click the button located directly below the sentence: "If you can't accept the invitation with the button above, accept with the button below." - When prompted with "Open With", choose Safari.
- Tap Open when asked "Open in 'Follow'?".
- Tap Accept inside the Dexcom Follow app to complete the setup.
