To use AirSync Casting software, please follow these steps:

1. On your ViewBoard, go to the Home Screen and click AirSync
   1. If you don't see AirSync, your ViewBoard may need to be updated. Some ViewBoards may not be able to run AirSync. Please enter a ticket on IIQ and your tech team will check your board. 

2. On the board, enable the Moderator Mode. This will ensure that the caster needs to enter their name and can't cast without your approval. 

3. On your laptop, install AirSync Sender. Type Company Portal in the Search field and click Company Portal App. In the app, type AirSync in the search bar and click on the found app. Click Install to install the application. The application icon will appear on your desktop. Instead of launching the app, you can also use the website airsync.net. Students don't have access to the app, so they should always use the website to cast. 

4. Launch AirSync sender from your desktop (or open website airsync.net). If you see that the new version is available, click Update (the update usually takes less than a minute). 

Enter the display code and the password you see on the board. The display code will always stay the same for each board. The password rotates every few minutes.

5. On the board, click Share next to the name of the caster. 

6. Select presentation mode Share for casting. Click on what you want to cast (in most cases - Window). Toggle “enable computer sound” to cast with sound.

7. To end screen sharing, click the Stop icon on the AirSync sender application.
