I Forgot my password/username and I haven’t been able to use  the “Forgot you Password” link on the start page.

  1. Log into Registration. Click on the “Users” Icon and then on the “Family Accounts” link in the menu that shows up.
  2. You can search by using a student name (either first or last) and then press “Find Accounts”.
  3. All accounts found will show up below.  There will be a lot of information (phone numbers, email, students registered) shown.  Click on the name of the parent who you would like to reset the password on.
  4. You will be taken to the page to either “Reset Password” or “Change Password”.  Best practice would be to confirm email and click on “Reset Password”  this will send a new password to the email address listed.  Clicking “Change Password” will allow you to manually reset password and give it to them over the phone.
