Installing Printers and Copiers Using PaperCut Print Deploy

Installation Steps
Step 1: Refresh ZENworks
- Click the Refresh ZENworks icon on your desktop or Restart your device.
Step 2: Locate the Green Printer Icon
- A Green Printer Icon will appear in the taskbar, to the left of the network icon. (This may take a few minutes.)
Step 3: View Your Printers
- Click the green printer icon and select View my Printers.
Step 4: Sign In
- Sign in when prompted (this is a one-time action
Step 5: Automatic Installation
- Once signed in, all Mandatory Printers/Copiers should Automatically Install.
Step 6: Verify Installed Printers
- After installation, you can view your printers in the PaperCut Deploy Client.
Installing Optional Printers
- Click the Green Printer Icon.
- Select View my Printers.
- Choose Add Printer and click Install on the desired printer.
- Printer names now begin with the Building Name instead of the building code.
