How to provide or get support for TrueTime
This article will cover some troubleshooting tips with TrueTime and how to escalate to get assistance.
TrueTime will be rolled out to most of the Classified Staff by November 2022. This process reduces the need for paper timesheets and streamlines the time sheet and time off approval process.
FAQ
Why can't I clock into the time kiosk in my building?
The pin assigned to you should contain the the last two digits of your birth year and the last four digits of your social security number. (For Example: 1980 and 111-22-3333 would make a pin of 803333). If this is used and you are still having issues, please submit a ticket.
I would like to adjust who approves people underneath me.

I'm not sure if my timesheet/time off request was received.
Please reach out to your supervisor. They get a notification once a timesheet or time off request is submitted and will be able to see if it has been summited or not.
What if the time kiosk is not working/malfunctioning?
Please submit a ticket to information systems.
